Permanent repair scope delivery: Within 24 to 48 hours of emergency stabilization, we deliver a written permanent repair scope - fixed price, with photos of the failure before and after temporary dry-in, product data sheets for proposed repair materials, and a timeline for the permanent repair. Emergency dry-in is credited against the permanent repair invoice for buildings that contract with us for the permanent work.
